Brunswick Naval Museum & Memorial Gardens

Current Financial Needs

The Museum board has established an initial fundraising goal of $770,000.

  • Phase 1 is $300,000 to make improvements necessary to meet building codes and convert the main sanctuary into a first-class museum exhibit hall;
  • Phase 2, an additional $250,000 to create educational programming space to include aviation, technology, history, aircraft systems and computers, as well as a full scale P-3 cockpit simulator;
  • Phase 3, $220,000 to retire our mortgage to finally establish free and clear ownership of the building.  Long-term fundraising is planned and will include the creation of an endowment to assure long-term financial stability through planned giving, trusts, and bequests.

We enthusiastically seize this unique opportunity and now ask you to join us in supporting the museum to preserve this important period of our nation’s history for generations to come.  Together, we will make this museum a reality.

Thank you.
